LUCA’S ROAD TO COOPERSTOWN

Family, friends, and fans, we have some wonderful news to share!

Luca has received an invite to join his travel ball team, BATRS, to Cooperstown! They will be hitting their way to a week-long baseball tournament at Dreams Park next summer 2026.

This is a dream come true for Luca. From his start on a baseball field at three years old tagging along with his older brother’s team, to moving up to play with 10-12-year-olds in the majors division at just 8 years old, Luca’s lifelong passion is baseball. It’s in his blood as he eats, drinks, sleeps, and dreams about all things baseball. He loves attending games, watching them on television, and, most importantly, playing out on the ball field.

Luca is a true student of the game. He is a catcher, a pitcher, and all of the positions between 9 and 1; he can do it all. He has amazed us with his ability to guard the plate, his dedication to his craft, and the bombs he hits over the fence. But even more than that, he is a leader among his fellow teammates and peers, and there are no prouder fans than his two parents and older brother who cheer him on at every game.

That said, LUCA’S ROAD TO COOPERSTOWN will be no easy feat. At 2,385 miles away, Luca’s journey will be a fun and challenging one, and we cannot wait to update every step of the way. What we have learned in having children in organized sports, the fees, equipment, travel, and various drip and other protective equipment that help contribute to their success can be quite extensive and expensive.

While his team will start fundraising, we would love for him to get a bit of a head start. Any donation you provide will go strictly to helping cover his personal tournament, travel fees, and participation expenses. We are so very excited to share this news with you and wanted to take a moment to help celebrate Luca's upcoming adventure.

For all of our friends, family, or fans, whether on the east coast, west coast, or anywhere in between, we would absolutely love for you to join us and attend a game alongside us in Cooperstown, NY! Or help root him on virtually from the sidelines as he continues on this quest.
