Headstone For Are Angel Lucas Leo

Well are time with Lucas was cut short hevan need an angel and they took ours.  With this we hsve got funeral arangments done but now we need a head stone any help would be apreciated. 

Our journey started 4.5 years ago when we were told we were going to be unable to have any more children...not without assistance at least. I got my big fat positive in August and it was an amazing day I couldn't stop smiling and thinking about this little person and who he/she would be, what he/she would look like. My pregnancy quickly turned from "normal" to high risk due to my immune system making an antibody to a marker in my babies blood... This was just monitored and luckly my baby was not affected. As thenultrasounds went on they kept finding new problems first we were told our son had a cleft lip and possible pallet and that he had no fluid in his stomach and he had fluid around his right kidney,a cyst in the right kidney and no blood flow so he would be born with only one working kidney. The day our Lucas was born was absolutely amazing he came out crying and fighting.... In the OR we were told he has TEF which is a long fancy word that his esophagus did not fuse correctly... His was attreachto his treachea and he has a gap which still needs to be repaired in about 4 weeks. I noticed Lucas's ears sat lower on his face so I immediately asked why...no one answered as to why for a few days.... We got our answers as to why our little boy had all these medical problems.... It was the first time we heard the words your son has charge syndrome.. What is that?!?!.... Charge stands for ...Coloboma of eye,heart defects, Artesia of the choanae, retardation of growth and or development, genital and or urinary abnormalities, ear abnormalities. Lucas has all except the "a". He also had the 2 bone plates on his right side of his skull have fused prematurely.
We are asking for help because as we have tried to do this the last 3 weeks on our own and with out finacial help... The cost is just adding up.... And adding up quickly...Gas...parking at the hospital daily.... Medical bills.... All on one income. Anything will be so appreciated we thank you for your time in reading our story about our lucas.
