In loving memory of Lucas Abraham Issa. 19.06.2001-28.05.2019
As many of you know, we lost the most beautiful soul on Tuesday.
Lucas Issa, the most amazing son, brother, boyfriend, friend, the list goes on. Lucas fought a long and hard battle with cancer. It started off in his leg, and no matter how many operations he did, the cancer just wouldn’t leave him, so after we sent him to Germany for treatment, the only option left was to amputate his right leg all the way up to his hip. It was a hard battle for Lucas but there was nothing he couldn’t do. He was up and walking on crutches after the amputation within days and home within 2 weeks. The cancer then grew back in his lung, he had an operation to remove 20% of his lung and he was now cancer free. 2 months later, Lucas’ cancer was that aggressive that it grew 9 tumours throughout his body, one big one in his spine which ended up paralysing him for his last 2 months. We were told we had 3-6 months left with him but God needed him sooner. Lucas was too good for this Earth and I think we can all agree on that. His family did absolutely everything they could for Lucas, they were not giving up and none of us really thought we would be here today without him. Lucas touched the lives of so so many people, even those who didn’t know him. He was and always will be such a beautiful boy, he had such a bright future ahead of him but I know God has big plans for him in heaven.
I would like to make this fundraiser for the family, and the money will be donated to the people in need such as other families suffering cancer, the poor etc, in memory of Lucas. Any donation no matter how big or small will help tremendously. I want to thank every single one of you for the love and support you have shown, nothing goes unnoticed ❤️
We love you so much Lucas, forever and always
