Lucas’ dream of getting to Oxford Cello School
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Holly, but it is my son Lucas who is raising funds to secure a place at Oxford Cello School this summer. Lucas’s dream is to be a musician and he works hard every day practicing his instruments. He started learning the piano on his 7th birthday (he’s now 11) but was desperate to start learning a second instrument so he could play in an orchestra. He started learning the cello in 2024 and has now started at Totally Strings junior orchestra. He loves playing with others and is keen to improve his playing, so has asked to go to Oxford Cello School, which is a residential course costing £831.
To help him on his fundraising journey, he has baked 250 Valentines biscuits. He is also keen to play his instruments for suggested donations of £10 to anyone that is happy to book him. He has experience playing in a care home.
Please help if you can to help him on his musical journey. It will be an amazing experience for him.
