Urgent help needed for Amanda and Jaidyn.

We are writing as the family of Lucas Barnes. His recent tragic passing on February 20th at the age of 46 has left his wife Amanda and teenage daughter Jaidyn in an unfortunate financial situation. Luke was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend and always took good care of his family. Unfortunately his long battle with thyroid cancer and liver disease left him unable to work for the past few years, forcing him to leave behind his career in electronics engineering. He had been the main financial support for his family, as Amanda is disabled due to a chronic illness. Luke was never one to complain or ask for help. In order to get by, substantial debt was incurred from basic living and medical costs. Any donations would be greatly appreciated and will go towards alleviating this debt, covering basic living and medical expenses for Amanda and Jaidyn, and memorial costs.

Anyone who knew Luke knew how kind, generous, smart and funny he was. His passing leaves a huge hole in our hearts. We are devastated to have to say goodbye too soon. He fought so hard to stay.
