Hi, my name is Lucan Mattoni, age 12, #11,
 
This year I have the opportunity to be invited to play with my travel baseball team, San Diego Stars in Cooperstown, New York. Coopertown is the legendary Home of the American Youth Baseball Hall of Fame.
 
My passion and dreams include playing professional baseball and becoming an industrial engineer. I am working hard towards this goal by studying hard in math and practicing 5 days a week for two different teams in San Diego.
 
The reason why I am starting a fundraiser is to help my Mom cover the costs of the following: 
1. Round trip flights to New York
2. Meals/dorm accommodations
3. Cost of entry to play 6-13 tournament games over 6 days against teams from across the USA
4. Player home/aways uniforms, warm-up set
5. Induction into the American Youth Baseball Hall of Fame
6. American Youth Hall of Fame Tournament Ring
7. Personalized player cards
 
This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and I will never forget the Summer of 2022, if you could help make this dream become a reality, it would mean the world to me.
