On behalf of Liverpool University Boat Club, Rob, Harrison, Roddy, Harvey, Sam, Emma, James, Alice and Lottie will be taking on the Liverpool Half Marathon on the 15th of the March, raising money for Claire House Children’s Hospice.

Claire House is a charity LUBC has proudly supported for several years, and one that does truly incredible work. They provide specialist care for children and young people aged 0–23 with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, as well as vital support for their families, across Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales and the Isle of Man.

This race will be a huge challenge and a real test of the rowers’ physical and mental strength, but we’re incredibly proud to support them and can’t wait to see how they get on. Every donation, big or small, will make a massive difference; helping Claire House continue to provide respite, palliative, terminal and bereavement care to children and families who need it most.
