10 days ago I fell and broke my leg in two places. This occurred while I was doing some cat-trap volunteering. As everyone knows it's one of my passions to help animals. Unfortunately, I anticipate being out of commission, work, and literally walking, for several weeks, if not months. There has been an overwhelming amount of offers to help from friends and family. In a state of urgency, I have set this up as one choice to help with many costs that are rapidly coming in. There are the obvious costs, medically, but not being able to work for many months has effected everything from money for cat-care to keeping my lights on. Just know that anything I end up not having to use will be donated to the animal rescue shelter I volunteer for.
