LT. Theodore Mackey Jr.

Theodore "Ted" Mackey, Jr., 75, of Tavares, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023. Born and raised in Leesburg, Florida, he graduated from Leesburg High School. Ted was a Lieutenant with the Lake County Sheriff's Office working mostly in corrections. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Mackey, Tavares, FL. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2023 from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, 1617 South Bay Street, Eustis, Florida 32726. The family requests donations be made in lieu of flowers to assist with memorial service costs.
