Beating Cancer While Pregnant

As many of you know La Shunda Bowie-Minix was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma on October 18, 2014, at the time she was 4 months pregnant. She has undergone 5 rounds of chemotherapy (MD Anderson), multiple OB appointments (Tyler & Houston), and many other doctor appointments. She has never complained or asked for sympathy. On February 5, 2015 she was informed that she will be induced on February 13, 2015 (one week from Friday), due to some changes in health. Her 6th round of chemotherapy has been delayed, until a week after she gives birth. Once she finishes chemotherapy she will start radiation a week later (radiation is scheduled Monday - Friday). La Shunda & her husband will have to pack up & move to Houston Texas (4 hours away from their home) & make arrangements to live there for some time. La Shunda & her family were hit with all these changes at once; La Shunda & her support team will appreciate any donated amount to help with lodging, gas, meals, & health care.
