Hi my name is Esther. I work at an independent alternative school providing trauma informed support for students with behavioural, emotional and SEMH needs. I am in the process of setting up our very own spa to create a space to teach vocational skills and help students access a calm therapeutic atmosphere. I am a hairstylist as well as trauma informed practitioner and want to utilise my skills to provide a unique learning experience for my students to access their next steps in both life amd education. I am hoping to raise funds to enable us to be able to provide high quality products for the students to use on our models as this is an ongoing significant cost which we don't always have funding for!
