Loyd Garrett Memorial
Donation protected
Our dad, Loyd Garrett passed away December 27th, 2020. After fighting respiratory failure due to COVID pneumonia for 28 days in the hospital, his body just couldn't fight the virus anymore. The emotional trauma that we endured being completely separated from him while he was in the hospital was terrible. The pain is truly beyond words and no family should have to go through that. We are extremely sad and grieved.
He was a son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to many. He touched and had an impact on many lives, all of whom will greatly miss his huge heart and ornery smile. We will all miss his presence and fun loving attitude. His laugh was one of a kind and could easily brighten the day of anyone who was around him.
As his youngest son I can also remember he was a patient and kind man when he wanted to teach something to someone. I know he taught at least a few people to drive truck and it makes me very happy to know that Dad also liked to help others when he could. He had a love for life and still wanted to do so many things.

All donations will be used to give him a proper and respectful resting place. We will be using the funds for all services needed at the funeral home and the costs of burial at Fresno Memorial Gardens.
We sincerely thank you from the bottom of our hearts with deep love and affection.
