My roommate, Georgina, was afforded the opportunity to buy a brand-new 13" MacBook this Wednesday thanks to your help. It is incredibly important to uplift people in your community and adjacent communities to yours. Thanks to you, a first-generation student was able to complete her midterms in a timely manner with a new computer and no issues. Hi, my roommate Georgina Lopez is a low-income student at Temple University. Due to an unexpected unfortunate event, her computer (which was previously used before purchased) for school was destroyed. Due to this, she will be unable to complete her assignments or participate in class. If possible I would love to raise enough for a new computer, with Apple Care to avoid future issues! Earlier this year her stepfather lost his job and her family will be unable to cover the cost of the repair. Georgina and I went to high school together at Morristown High in New Jersey and I have known her since the 6th grade. She is a first-generation who is economically disadvantaged. She's a criminal justice major and hopes to go to law school. She has worked hard to attend Temple and get where she is and it saddens me that she cannot afford to fix this. I am asking for your help to ensure my roommate can continue to be successful. Anything helps!
