Hello all!

We are Low Key, a mixed voices a cappella group at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Our group was founded by individuals who had both a deep friendship with one another and a love for singing. Today, we still hold true to our foundations of being a "Friends First" group and sharing a collective passion for music and entertaining others.

Our group has released six studio albums and has been featured numerously on critically acclaimed compilation albums such as Voices Only and Best of College A Cappella. Most recently our group was selected for Voices Only 2023 Compilation Vol. 1 for our rendition of "Diamonds" by Sam Smith. Additionally, our most recent album "Golden Hour" received two 2024 CARA nominations including Best R&B Song for “Bad Blood” and Best Professional Arrangement for a Collegiate Group for “Every Summertime”. In February of 2024, we made our stage debut in the International Competition for Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA), placing fourth amongst ten other collegiate competitors.

Low Key is working towards recording an EP in 2024, as well as hosting a 25th anniversary concert in spring 2025, and we need your help! We are an entirely self-funded and student-led organization, so we appreciate any donation possible that can help toward the production and release of our forthcoming album and future projects such as music videos, tours, etc.

We cannot wait to share the music and projects we have coming your way! These projects mean a lot to our group and feature songs near and dear to our hearts, from artists such as Carrie Underwood, Beyoncé, Harry Styles, Olivia Rodrigo, Allen Stone, and more.
