I am Mikala.  On behalf of the loving friends of Midori and her family, we are asking for help.  We are asking for donations to help Midori, her husband and her 12 year old son with bills during this difficult time.
I have been "mom friends" with Midori for over 4 years since her son started school with my son in 3rd grade.  They just finished 6th grade together and will begin their middle school adventure in August.
A little over three years ago Midori was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.  A mass was removed from her midsection.  She has been living her life as her positive, inspiring, loving self for the past three years.
Unfortunately, in March of 2016 the pain returned to her midsection and she courageously continued her positive path in life working part time, spending much time with her son and husband, and inspiring all those around her to be loving and kind.
Then, at the end of June of 2016 she had to go to the emergency room in extreme pain and scans showed that there is nothing medically that can be done to help Midori.  With some pain medication Midori again courageously continues her positive, loving, inspiring life enjoying the summer with her son and husband and numerous friends.  She is loved dearly by many and has touched too many lives to count with her positivity and inspiration.
