Loving Mother & Miracle Boy

I recently met a young 22 year old mother of a 3 year old miracle boy who was not expected to survive past his birth. I met them at Valley Children’s Hospital in Fresno, where she was living in the room with her son and able to give him the constant care and love that he needs. His condition required periodic hospitalizations. That night she informed me that during this stay she lost her home. With nowhere to bring him, the hospital had to transfer him to a facility hours away and that she would not be able to stay in the facility, only being able to see him during visiting hours. They did transfer him just before Christmas! She is living in a time limited borrowed car near the facility, far from family and support. In addition to all of this she was then told that in order to bring him home she was going to need a second in home care giver, which requires an additional person to learn all his medical needs. She needs urgent housing and a vehicle to get through winter, I have never been so inspired to help someone in such need. I am asking everyone that has the ability to help this wonderful mother reunite with her son as soon as possible. Please help.
