Hello, I started this GoFundMe on behalf of the family of Desiree Deza.

Desiree Johanna Deza

Desiree Johanna Deza was born on December 27th, 1955, and passed away on June 26th, 2025. Desiree is survived by her son, Sean; daughter, Sarrah; three grandchildren: Ayden, Aydrian, and Lyjah; siblings: Dhyana, Donna, Todd, and Chip; fur babies: Mire Cat, Rosie, Pudge, Hunny Bunny, Kitten, and Pixie, as well as many more loved ones, friends, and neighbors alike.

Desiree was a dedicated mother and doting grandmother. She was a tender, kind-hearted woman whose passion knew no bounds. She spent her early years as a seamstress and upholsterer. Later, she fanned her creative fires towards other pursuits like jewelry crafting and Hats for Cats. Her curiosity, adventurous spirit, and nurturing instincts led her down many paths where she found her greatest passion: animal care and rescue.

Desiree will be endlessly missed by every soul privileged enough to have been graced by her presence, her laugh, her maternal love, and untouchable conviction. The family will be honoring her final wishes by cremating Desiree and spreading her ashes in Morro Bay, her mother’s final resting place.
