Loving Memory of Jacob Smith

Jacob Smith was a loving, caring and patient person. He was a husband, son, grandson and a dog dad. He left such a big impact in his time here on earth, forever would not have been long enough to have him here with us. Early Monday morning 11/30 Jacob Smith passed away with those closest to him near. Heaven gained an angel, although we were not ready for him to leave us, God had other plans for Jacob. Any help is greatly appreciated. ❤️
