Loving Dad Needs Your Support

I am a loving father of 4 girls. I work as a carpenter. I am a faithful member of my parish, St. James, and I serve on the Parish Council. I volunteer to coach youth soccer for ages 11-14.

I am seeking financial assistance to help with my back child support. Unfortunately, I have gotten myself into quite a bad situation. I am facing jail time, and I do not see any way out of the situation.

I take responsibility for getting behind which was over 10 years ago. I got clean and sober in 2014. Since then, I've been working hard to keep current with my child support while maintaining my home for my daughters part-time. I pay what I can on this back child support, but missed payments and interest have piled up. I also have legal fees that have added to the burden, both court costs and attorney fees. I have been working to take care of the arrearage since I turned things around, but being able to pay the arrearage would mean I could live without such a heavy burden constantly hanging over me. This would allow me to be a better father, coach, parish member, and friend. I do not want this debt to define me anymore.
