My sister has been diagnosed with breast cancer.

As we all know cancer is emotionally and financially devastating, and I have created this Go Fund Me to help assist her with the cost of her doctor visits, radiation treatments, and surgery.

My sister works full time as a medical assistant. and will continue working throughout this endeavor in order to stay afloat financially. As you can imagine this will be extremely difficult and exhausting for her. She has a 4 year old daughter and recieves no child support from her ex-husband. She has health insurance but it WILL NOT cover all of the cost associated with her treatments or supplement any lost income during this difficult time.

Her initial surgery will cost $2500 and any additional surgerys that might be necessary will cost the same amount. She will endure radation treatments five days a week for just over a month prior to surgery and then for an additional seven weeks after the operation. Each time she visits the doctor it cost $35. All of these expenses, coupled with potential lost wages, will add up quickly and I would like to help ease the burden on her and my niece.

I'm donating the first $100.00 to get this going and will be help more along the way!
