My name is Emad Alaeddin; I'm an Arab-American modern pop artist with a rock and Arabic twist.
I'm a DIY musician who writes, performs, records, produces, mixes, and masters my music. I've written over 200 songs and have won a songwriting award in 2014 in the Best Rock Song category on www.songoftheyear.com
Last September, I launched a crowdfunding campaign to help fund my third solo album. Thanks to my amazing friends, family, and fans I was able to raise the amount needed to purchase the hardware and software needed to produce a full-length studio-quality album. I also hired Joe Turner to record his outstanding drum parts for the album.
In an ever-changing world that provides no assurance that a quality album will receive the exposure it deserves, a proper promotional campaign is essential. And so once again, I'm asking for your help. Connections are everything and media exposure is everything.
I'm launching this crowdfunding campaign because I can't afford the public relations firm to get the album the buzz and exposure it deserves on my own. I've even started moonlighting as a food delivery guy on the nights that I don't have a paid performance so that I can help fund this album launch campaign; but it won't be enough.
I spent every single night for the past six months living up to my promise to complete my third solo full length album and I promise not fall short of this new promise if you're able to help me get to my album launch campaign goal: if this album is a success, I will not let it go to waste.
I will not let success change who I am, how I carry myself, and most importantly how much I care and adore those who have gotten me to where I am. I'll continue to work hard, stay healthy, and keep on the top of my game. There have been too many fallen stars that let excess poison them. All I want is to be able to make people happy with my music and I know that the only way to do so is to stay the course.
I've never wanted anything so much than to have my music bring positivity and joy to as many people as possible. And I know that it's through this campaign that it will be possible. Here's the breakdown of my costs.

$1,000 Music Video for the first single.
$1,000 Plane ticket for drummer Joe Turner to join Emad at the Rockwood Music Festival in Germany in September.
$500 Savvy Musicians Academy to strategize a complete plan to ensure my album's success.
$500 Online advertising for album promotion
