What is #LoveInUnity?
#LoveInUnity is a global movement that aims to make the world a better place for everyone.
Anyone can be a part of this movement. If you care about creating an inspiring, positive, compassionate community right around the globe, this is the place for you.
Why did I start #LoveInUnity?
The short answer is frustration. Whether it’s through social media, the evening news or simply going to work, we’re bombarded with negativity and pressures we don’t need and which aren’t a fair reflection of most people’s daily lives.
Regardless of faith, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, ability or anything else, we are one people. One family. Everything on this planet is part of that family. I believe there’s plenty of love in this world and it makes much more sense to share that love around than to spread fear and ill will.
Who am I?
My name is JP de Villiers. Among other things, I’m an athlete, speaker, performance coach and author. But above all, I’m passionate about creating a world where we all live in unity and with love and kindness.
Like so many of you out there, I’ve always had that passion but, at the same time, I’ve felt helpless. After all, what can one person do to make such a seismic change? And then I realised I didn’t have to do it alone. None of us do. By working together, we can achieve something incredible.
How do we develop #LoveInUnity?
There are two main ways in which we’re growing #LoveInUnity: raising awareness and social sharing.
Our #LoveInUnity social media app will be revolutionary. Instead of being filled with depressing news – real or fake, life envy and ads for material objects, our app is a place where everything is based on positivity, gratitude and togetherness. We’ll connect like-minded people with causes, education and acts of kindness that empower us all to change for good. Best of all, the app will be completely free.
While the clever techies make that happen, my role is to create momentum in our movement. I’ve already started, pushing myself to achieve multiple physical challenges that shine a light on the #LoveInUnity message, including having just ran a 50km ultra marathon.
Right now I’m preparing for my next challenges in 2017, cycling 1,400km across the UK, competing in an Ultra Ironman triathlon, running a 100km ultra marathon, competing a boxing match and professional Muay Thai fight – with more to come.
These challenges provide an ever-expanding platform to talk about #LoveInUnity. As a speaker and a coach, I’m used to inspiring leaders from all walks of life. The more promotion we can do, the more influential my audience, and our collective voice, will become.

¿Qué es #LoveInUnity?
#LoveInUnity es un movimiento global que pretende hacer del mundo un lugar mejor para todos.
Cualquiera puede ser parte de este movimiento. Si te interesa crear una comunidad inspiradora, positiva y compasiva en todo el mundo, este es el lugar para ti.
¿Por qué empiezo #LoveInUnity?
La respuesta corta es frustración. Ya sea a través de los medios sociales, noticias o simplemente camino al trabajo, estamos bombardeados de negatividad y presiones que no son un reflejo justo de la vida cotidiana de la mayoría de la gente.
Independientemente de la fe, etnia, sexo, edad, sexualidad o capacidad, somos un pueblo; Una familia. Todo en este planeta es parte de esta familia. Creo que hay mucho amor en este mundo y que tiene mucho más sentido compartir ese amor en lugar de propagar el miedo y la mala voluntad.
¿Quién soy?
Mi nombre es JP de Villiers. Entre otras cosas, soy un atleta, conferencista, entrenador de alto rendimiento y autor. Pero sobre todo, me apasiona crear un mundo donde todos vivamos en unidad y con amor y bondad.
Como tantos de ustedes por ahí, siempre he tenido esa pasión pero, al mismo tiempo, me he sentido impotente. Después de todo, ¿qué puede hacer una persona para hacer un cambio tan grande? Y entonces me di cuenta de que no tenía que hacerlo solo. Ninguno de nosotros. Trabajando juntos, podemos lograr algo increíble.

ما هو #LoveInUnity ؟

بغض النظر عن إختلافات إيمانِنا و عِرقنا و جنسنا و هويتنا الجنسية و قدرتنا أو أي إختلاف آخر ، كلنا بشر . عائلة واحدة.
و كل فردٍ على وجه هذا الكوكب هو جزء من هذه العائلة الكبيرة.
و أنا أؤمن أنّ هناك القدر الكافي من الحب في هذا العالم الذي نستطيع أن نشاركه و ننشره لدفع الخوف و الإرادة الضعيفة.
من أنا؟
إسمي هو جان بيار دي فيليّر . من بين الأشياء الأخرى ، أنا رياضي، متحدّث، مدرّب أداء و كاتب. لكن فوق أي شيء، إن شغفي هو عبارة عن خلقِ عالمٍ يعيش فيه الأفراد بوحدة جماعية و مع الحب و اللُّطف.
حالي حال أي أحد ، لطالما كنت أمتلك هذا الشغف، و في نفس الوقت ، كنت أظن أنني عديم الحيلة. بعد كل هذا ، ماذا يمكن للشخص بمفرده أن يفعل ليُحدِث هذا الفرق الشاسع؟ من ثمَّ أدركت أنّه ليس عليَّ فعل هذا بمفردي. و لا على أي أحدٍ بمفرده أن يفعل ذلك. بل بالعمل سويًّا ، يمكننا تحقيق نتائج هائلة.
كيف يمكننا أن نطوّر #loveInUnity ؟
هناك طريقتين رئيسيّتين ننمّي من خلالها #loveInUnity : رفع مستوى التوعية و المشاركة الإجتماعية.
تطبيقنا لتواصل الجتماعي الإعلامي #LoveInUnity سوف يكون ثوري. بدلًا من أن يكون مليء بالأنباء المحبطة -حقيقية كانت أم مفبركة،أم مشحونة بالحقد و الدعايات للأشياء الماديّة، تطبيقنا سيكون المكان المرتكز على الإيجابية و الإمتنان و الوحدة .و سوف نصل الأفراد المتشابهين فكريًّا ببعضهم البعض ،المجتمعين على نفس الدوافع العلمية و ثقافة التعامل الإنساني بلطف الذي سيحفزنا للتغيُّر إلى الأفضل. و الأهم من ذلك أن هذا التطبيق مجاني.
حينما يقوم التقنيون الأذكياء بتحقيق ذلك، دوري يحتم علي خلق قوة الزخم او الدفع في هذا التحرك. لقد بدأت بذلك من خلال دفع نفسي لتحقيق عدة تحديات جسدية تسلّط الضوء على رسالة #LoveInUnity ، و يتضمّن ذلك إنجازي حاليّا لركض مسافة ٥٠ كم ما يعرف بألترا ماراثون.
أقوم حاليا بتحضير نفسي للتحديات التالية في عام ٢٠١٧، و هو ركوب الدراجة الهوائية لمسافة ١٤٠٠ كم عبر الولايات المتحدة ، كمنافس في ما يعرف بألترا أيرونمان ترياتلون ، و ركض مسافة ١٠٠كم في ألترا ماراثون، و كمنافس في ملاكمة حرة وفي دورة إحترافية للملاكمة التايلاندية - مع المزيد.
هذه التحديات تؤمن لي أكثر من أي وقت مضى فرص و منصّات للتحدث عن #loveInUnity . كمتحدث و مدرب ، لقد إعتدت الهام القادة من كل نواحي الحياة. و إن الترويج لهذه الفكرة سيزيد من نسبة التأثير لدى الحضور و المتابعين و سيزيد من صوتنا الموحّد و رسالتنا في هذا العالم ستكبر و تنتشر.
أنا أؤمن بتحرّك #LoveInUnity. كيف يمكنني أن نساهم؟!

ما هو #LoveInUnity ؟
#LoveInUnity هو تحرك عالمي يهدف إلى جعل العالم مكان أفضل للجميع .
يمكن لأي شخص أن يكون جزءًا من هذا التحرك. إذا كنت مهتمًا بصناعة مُجتمع أكثر إلهامًا ، إيجابي ، و متعاطف حول الكرة الأرضية ، فسوف تجد أن هذا هو المكان المناسب لك.
لماذا أنشأت #LoveInUnity ؟
بإختصار إنه الإحباط . سواءً من خلال مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي ، أخبار المساء، أو الذهاب للعمل ، نتعرض لطاقة سلبية و ضغوطات لا نريدها لإنها لا تعكس حقيقة الناس في حياتهم اليومية .
بغض النظر عن إختلافات إيمانِنا و عِرقنا و جنسنا و هويتنا الجنسية و قدرتنا أو أي إختلاف آخر ، كلنا بشر . عائلة واحدة.
و كل فردٍ على وجه هذا الكوكب هو جزء من هذه العائلة الكبيرة.
و أنا أؤمن أنّ هناك القدر الكافي من الحب في هذا العالم الذي نستطيع أن نشاركه و ننشره لدفع الخوف و الإرادة الضعيفة.
من أنا؟
إسمي هو جان بيار دي فيليّر . من بين الأشياء الأخرى ، أنا رياضي، متحدّث، مدرّب أداء و كاتب. لكن فوق أي شيء، إن شغفي هو عبارة عن خلقِ عالمٍ يعيش فيه الأفراد بوحدة جماعية و مع الحب و اللُّطف.
حالي حال أي أحد ، لطالما كنت أمتلك هذا الشغف، و في نفس الوقت ، كنت أظن أنني عديم الحيلة. بعد كل هذا ، ماذا يمكن للشخص بمفرده أن يفعل ليُحدِث هذا الفرق الشاسع؟ من ثمَّ أدركت أنّه ليس عليَّ فعل هذا بمفردي. و لا على أي أحدٍ بمفرده أن يفعل ذلك. بل بالعمل سويًّا ، يمكننا تحقيق نتائج هائلة.
كيف يمكننا أن نطوّر #loveInUnity ؟
هناك طريقتين رئيسيّتين ننمّي من خلالها #loveInUnity : رفع مستوى التوعية و المشاركة الإجتماعية.
تطبيقنا لتواصل الجتماعي الإعلامي #LoveInUnity سوف يكون ثوري. بدلًا من أن يكون مليء بالأنباء المحبطة -حقيقية كانت أم مفبركة،أم مشحونة بالحقد و الدعايات للأشياء الماديّة، تطبيقنا سيكون المكان المرتكز على الإيجابية و الإمتنان و الوحدة .و سوف نصل الأفراد المتشابهين فكريًّا ببعضهم البعض ،المجتمعين على نفس الدوافع العلمية و ثقافة التعامل الإنساني بلطف الذي سيحفزنا للتغيُّر إلى الأفضل. و الأهم من ذلك أن هذا التطبيق مجاني.
حينما يقوم التقنيون الأذكياء بتحقيق ذلك، دوري يحتم علي خلق قوة الزخم او الدفع في هذا التحرك. لقد بدأت بذلك من خلال دفع نفسي لتحقيق عدة تحديات جسدية تسلّط الضوء على رسالة #LoveInUnity ، و يتضمّن ذلك إنجازي حاليّا لركض مسافة ٥٠ كم ما يعرف بألترا ماراثون.
أقوم حاليا بتحضير نفسي للتحديات التالية في عام ٢٠١٧، و هو ركوب الدراجة الهوائية لمسافة ١٤٠٠ كم عبر الولايات المتحدة ، كمنافس في ما يعرف بألترا أيرونمان ترياتلون ، و ركض مسافة ١٠٠كم في ألترا ماراثون، و كمنافس في ملاكمة حرة وفي دورة إحترافية للملاكمة التايلاندية - مع المزيد.
هذه التحديات تؤمن لي أكثر من أي وقت مضى فرص و منصّات للتحدث عن #loveInUnity . كمتحدث و مدرب ، لقد إعتدت الهام القادة من كل نواحي الحياة. و إن الترويج لهذه الفكرة سيزيد من نسبة التأثير لدى الحضور و المتابعين و سيزيد من صوتنا الموحّد و رسالتنا في هذا العالم ستكبر و تنتشر.
أنا أؤمن بتحرّك #LoveInUnity. كيف يمكنني أن نساهم؟!
من خلال القيام بالتبّرع و الإنضمام لنا. لقد كرّست نفسي لهذا الهدف لكنني لا أستطيع القيام به من غير مساعدتكم. تبرّعكم سوف يساهم بتحقيق هدفنا لتطوير و دعم تطبيقنا و تمويل الأنشطة الترويجية و التحديات.
لطفكم سوف يدفعنا إلى الأمام، و سيسمح لنا بالتواصل و الوصول إلى أفراد أكثر و أكثر و سيتيح لنا فرصةً لخلق عالم أفضل و متعاطف نرغب أن نعيش فيه جميعًا.
لأنه إن لم نكن نحن من نفعل ذلك ، فمن سيقوم بذلك؟!
