This is  my niece and she is  very sick. Baby Scarlett was born on January 27th with a heart defect that will require open heart surgery to repair. Since her birth she's spent more days in the Cardiac ICU than she has at home. Her mommy Dianna Nairn and daddy Jack Jaycocks have used all available vacation time and have no choice but to spend time away from her working to barely make ends meet.
