Love for Lochlan

Please share your love, support, prayers and positive thoughts for Morgan Leonard and her son Lochlan. Lochlan is 8 months old and this strong little boy has fought obstacle after obstacle since birth with numerous hospital stays and many, MANY doctors appointments. Morgan and her family's strength through these hard times have been moving for us all and we would like to help raise money for them to be able to spend their time where it counts instead of worrying about financial issues. Meals, gas, continuous hospital stays and time away from work quickly add up and we want to make sure that Morgan just has to worry about her amazing little man. Lochlan was diagnosed with Infantile Spasms at 4 months old. This is a very rare and severe form of Epilepsy. Being 8 months old and not even able to lift his head means he has therapy every week to help strengthen his muscles and motor skills. This disorder is known for developmental delay as well as just being neurologically deteriorating. With his muscle tone and weakness, the muscles in his airway are weak also, folding and blocking the airway making it hard for him to breathe. He will be having surgery to get a trach, and after surgery the hospital stay will be 4-6 weeks to learn and transition from hospital to home caring for him with a trach. His Infantile Spasms are also causing him to not eat like he should so he will be having surgery to get a Gtube as well. Keep him in your thoughts and prayers as he undergoes surgery! Thank you all.
