My heart sank as I received a text from Laura this afternoon "Just got the ultrasound here in TC and the baby has no heartbeat"
Laura is my younger sister married to Jordan Chambers. They live in northern Michigan. Jordan has been an ordained pastor since 2015. They have three beautiful children Moriah (6), Ariel (4), Elisha (3) and now two sweet babies in the arms of Jesus.
Laura was expecting in July 2019 and went through a miscarriage at 11 weeks. A precious baby boy they later named Adonijah.
Today, January 3, Laura found out the heartbreaking news once more "baby has no heartbeat". Making this the second miscarriage in less than a year. I cannot imagine the spiritual, physical, emotional toll this takes on Laura and her family.
Laura and Jordan had just let their closest family know Monday, December 30th that they were expecting.
I immediately wanted to do something tangible for Laura and Jordan to help ease this extremely sad/trying time for them and their family.
They are down to one vehicle, driving an hour away to spend the night at a hotel in order to make it to the hospital for an early morning doctors appointment. One that will not be easy for Laura or Jordan and their sweet family.
Please pray for them during this time that God would give them comfort, strength, and peace.
Please give! Any amount will be a blessing as they go through this heartbreaking time. They currently have a car repair bill of $480 for their family vehicle, medical expenses, hotel, and travel to and from the hospital.
