To all of the clients, co-workers, family and friends,

As some of you already know, Mat and Krista have been waging a war that started when Mat was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer a few years ago. After a year of fighting with chemo, radiation and a myriad of other treatments and trials, he was declared to be in remission. Six months later they discovered the awful truth, that Mat's cancer had not only returned, but had also spread to several other areas of his body.

They kept searching for new ways to beat back the tumors that seemed to mulitply in number and size with each new scan. They faced several trials over the following months: more chemotherapy, hospitalizations and various medical complications to name a few. Still they fought. Mat on the front lines battling cancer with Krista by his side as his anchor, strength and support system.

Devastatingly, the latest scans now show that his cancer has grown beyond the bounds of any further treatment and Mat has now been admitted to Hospice. In order to savor every precious moment with him, Krista has also taken a step back from her business and all other obligations.

We know that every person reading this message has had their lives enriched simply by having the pleasure of knowing one or both of these incredible people. We love them dearly and know you all do to! Please join us in supporting them through their final battle together in any way you can.
