Hi, my name is Angela Dacosta. As some of you close to our family know, I created this fundraiser for my “bonus daughter”, Chloe Hampton. Chloe recently lost her beautiful mother Ivy Nissen, to pancreatic cancer on August 24,2022 (the day after Chloe’s 17th birthday)! Ivy was diagnosed on Father’s Day this year 2022 and within 2 months, lost the battle. For anyone who knew Ivy, knew she was a beautiful, strong willed , loving and independent single mother. She went above and beyond for her daughter and others. This being Chloe’s senior year at Hilltop High School, I’d like to make sure we’re prepared for Senior pictures, senior prom and most importantly, her goals and dreams of attending UCSD Medical School can be fulfilled. I’m asking all who love Ivy and want to show support in ways that will help Chloe, please help us get her through the toughest year of her life!- it takes a village! - Chloe I love you more than you will ever know!
