Our lives changed in an instant when my husband, Larry was diagnosed with colon cancer.

What we thought would be a simple appointment turned into words no family is ever ready to hear. Since that day, our world has been filled with doctor visits, blood test, mri's, ct s scans and so many unknowns. The fear, the waiting, the sleepless nights — it’s something you can never truly prepare for.

My husband is the strongest man I know. He is a loving husband and an incredible father who has always worked hard to take care of us. Now, instead of focusing on providing, he is fighting for his health to get better… for his future… for more time with his family.

Watching someone you love battle cancer is heartbreaking. There are days filled with strength and hope, and days filled with exhaustion and fear. Through it all, we are holding onto faith, love, and the belief that he will overcome this.

As he undergoes treatment and takes time away from work to heal, we are facing overwhelming medical bills, and everyday living expenses. Asking for help is not easy, but right now, we truly need it.
