Miss Lucy needs our help!

In case you don't know her, Miss Lucy is one of the beloved custodians at Elliott Elementary School in Holt, Michigan. She's been a dedicated member of the staff and a constant source of smiles for the last 10 years. In late 2025, she heard the words we all dread: "It's cancer." Stage 4 triple-negative invasive metastatic carcinoma to be exact (involving the breast, lymph nodes, and bones). There have been lots of appointments and tests since then. A port was placed recently so chemo and immunotherapies could begin. She has been unable to work (and very missed by her Elliott family) since December. As bills add up and income goes down, this is our time to rally around her! She lives alone and doesn't have family in the area. We are meant to live in community, so let's show up & love on Miss Lucy!!!
