It is with great sadness that we announce Inga’s passing. She transitioned peacefully Saturday evening surrounded by family and some of her closest friends. Over the last few weeks, the hospital was overwhelmed with hundreds of people whom Inga has touched through her grace, beauty, and fierceness. Her family was comforted by all her visitors, some who traveled internationally, to shower her with affection.

Inga fought courageously for every single moment to spend with those she loved so deeply. We will forever be inspired by her commitment to those she loved, her ability to hold tight to hope, and that formidable Inga spirit and ferocious strength.

We sincerely appreciate the love and support shown to Inga and her family. We will continue to fundraise through this Go Fund Me account (managed by Monica Cornitcher and collected by Janell Coles-English on Inga’s behalf) to cover the needs of the family, including living expenses, transportation, meals, and caregiver services and to cover medical bills. Funds will NOT be used for funeral/repast expenses.
