Hi, my name is Zealynn. Recently, I had the blessing of connecting with Angel Libra Michelle from Uganda. Angel runs an orphanage that is home to over 70 children, providing them with shelter, food, education, and love. She is a humble and selfless woman who has dedicated her entire life to caring for others — especially the children in her orphanage. Her faith and devotion have deeply inspired me to do more for others.

Angel never asked me to create this fundraiser — in fact, she rarely asks for help at all. But I felt called to start something bigger on her behalf, so that together we can give her and the children more support than I ever could alone. She is truly grateful for every bit of help she has received so far.

Every donation will go directly toward providing for the children’s needs: food, clothing, housing, and school fees. Currently, 55 of the 70 children are enrolled in school, with 25 of them blessed to have scholarships. To put things into perspective: the cost to send one child to school for three months is about 150,000 Ugandan Shillings—around $65 AUD. That same amount is also what it takes to feed all of the children for just one week. Their meals are simple—bread, rice, fruit—yet Angel stretches every shilling as far as she can to ensure the children are cared for.
