This week, my daughter, Josie's world was turned upside down. Her husband, Miguel, was pulled over for his window tint and detained. He is now awaiting ICE judgment. Miguel has been here since he was a baby when he entered with his father on his work visa. Miguel is an amazing husband and father, not to mention the sole provider for their family. They have 2 young children together.

Since his detention, Miguel has used his time to try and help others. Many detained do not speak English, and he has been trying to help connect them with their families through his contact with Josie.

This situation is both terrifying and inhumane.

I am asking for assistance to help cover attorney fees, basic needs, etc. Anything donated will make a difference. Any extra funds will go towards helping others in our community who are struggling through this horrific time.
