Our friend Eric Weinbender was in a horrible car wreck, and is looking at several more weeks in the hospital. But when I spoke with him earlier, he didn't want to talk about himself: Instead, he talked all about how the ladies in his life have been carrying him, and how grateful he is for their support. All he asked us to do for him is to show love to his mom, his sister, his mother-in-law-to-be, and Veronica, whom most of us know from his videos!

Anything we raise here will go to show our appreciation for Eric's family for taking care of our friend and nursing him back to health. Originally, the intent was flowers and food, but it's quickly become apparent that expenses are mounting far beyond that level. Eric is going to require a lot of physical therapy, and when he's discharged, he'll be splitting time between his families' houses. His sister, Lisa, is taking an extended period of time off work in order to care for him. Additionally, Veronica is likely to need a new car, since Eric won't be physically able to squeeze himself into the subcompact she currently drives. And all of this is on top of the grind of commuting from their homes to the hospital in Spartanburg, which is about an hour away. So let's show them as much love and affection as we can!
