Heaven just received a super hero. Dave Waris passed away on 1/11/22 after battling Covid. Dave was an adored husband, devoted father, cherished son, instant friend to everyone he met, and a hero to the countless people he served as a paramedic and firefighter. Dave and the love of his life, Tracie, are always on the look out to improve the lives of those around them. Just months ago, they fulfilled a dream of moving into their very own home. That dream quickly changed as Covid hit their family in December. Instead of enjoying their first Christmas in their new home, it was spent with 3 of them in the hospital. Not only has Dave's passing caused a devastating emotional toll, it has created a substantial financial burden on Tracie and their 3 children. Hospital bills (x3), funeral expenses, and all the other expected expenses in life are adding up quickly. All donated funds will go directly to Tracie to help wherever she needs it. Dave's last Facebook post states:

"Many of you have heard that our family has been strugling with Covid. Tracie Waris , Allie Waris and I have been admitted in the hospital. While Tracie and Allie are making progress, i am being admitted to the ICU for sedation and intubation. I am going to fight this, please keep Tracie and the kids in your prayers. Looking forward to visiting you all later this year."
