It is with Sonja’s reluctant permission, that I started this fund for her and her boys,
Mason and Layne. In the morning this past Thursday, March 11, 2021, her husband,
Paul Shepherd - for reasons known only to Paul - decided to end his life. It was
understandably a shock to the family, and
they are still trying to process what
happened, and would appreciate that their privacy be respected during this confusing, difficult and sad time.

As a close friend to Sonja, I just know that
you all  care for Sonja, Mason and Layne as much as I do.  I just wanted to relieve some of her immediate concerns if we can all
band together to support her, Mason and  
Layne with some immediate expenses
relating to the funeral and the reason I
started this page. Any amount you can
contribute would be truly appreciated.
