Love for Ross, Liz, & Pete

Donation protected
Last week, a few days before Thanksgiving, our good friend Ross was in a really horrible car accident. After being cut off by another car, Ross's car was completely totaled and his airbag didn't deploy. He was airlifted to the nearest hospital, and ended up breaking 15 bones in his face alone, lost a number of teeth, and spent days in the hospital intubated. By the grace of some higher power, Ross survived, and Pete was (incredibly) unharmed, despite being in the car with Ross during the accident. Ross's jaw is wired shut, and he will be on bed rest for the next month + as he recovers from his injuries.

We're reaching out to our wide community of folks who love the Weddles because it's going to be a long road ahead. Ross won't be able to work for a while, which means Liz and Ross will be living off of one income while managing Ross's care. There will also be significant medical bills. For now, we're focused on ensuring that Liz and Ross have enough funds coming in that they can focus first and foremost on his immediate care and recovery while he's home from work.

Ross and Liz have had a really intense 2019 already and have been so uplifted by the care and love they've received from friends around the world. Let's help carry them through into the new year.
