Our sweet Rosalie is facing a major surgery called a laryngotracheoplasty. She will spend several weeks to a month in the PICU, sedated while her tiny airway heals, followed by about another month in a regular hospital room before she’s strong enough to come home.

During this time, our family will be split. At home, Mazzy will be cared for by her dad and grandma, doing everything they can to keep life steady, loving, and as normal as possible while we stay by Rosalie’s side at the hospital.

This means time away from work for our family, especially Dave, who will be taking significant time away to be with Rosalie, while we are still trying to keep up with everyday life including rent, food, transportation, and the many costs that do not pause during a long hospital stay.

We are hoping to raise money to help cover

-Rent and utilities

-Groceries and meals during long hospital days

-Gas and transportation

-Dave’s time away from work

Care and support for Mazzy at home
