Honored to serve as pallbearers are Cody Roberts, Dargin Hoffman, Harrison Jones, Jeffrey Pope, Webb Carroll, and Caleb Chappell.
He was born to parents Sheryl Jeffcoat and William Cartwright on December 31st, 1990 in Orangeburg, SC. Robert attended Gethsemane Baptist Church and was a dedicated, hard working employee at SI Group around the clock for eight years.
Robert was married to Regi, his highschool sweetheart and love of his life, in 2014, who survives him along with their one year old son, Robert's entire world, Wyatt. He is also survived by his father and mentor, William Cartright; his mother and his treasure, Sheryl Jeffcoat, and like-a-father step father, Stan Jeffcoat; Father and Mother in law, Rev. and Mrs. Henry Cooper; sister Jennifer Smith (David); sister Ashley Harris (Jordan); sisters in law, Kelly Cooper, Lori Padgett (James), and Bekah Cooper; a number of loved and cherished step siblings; and nephews who rightfully named him "Bob," Jack, Tice, Cayden, Haiden, and Wade.
Predeceased by his brother, William Alexander Cartwright IV, the late Mr. and Mrs. William Alexander Cartwright Jr., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jack H. Spigner.
Robert put all of himself into each role he played during his way too short time on earth. He was an exceptional husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend - selfless and caring in every relationship he had from his role at home, to his place of employment, and everywhere in between.
An outdoorsman, Robert loved to fish and hunt, especially with Regi, and often his father-in-law, Henry. His most cherished pasttime however, was being with Wyatt. He was nothing short of an amazing and proud father. Robert is going to be heavily missed by all who knew and loved him.
At this time, we ask you to wrap the Cartwright, Jeffcoat, and Cooper families in love, prayer, support, and encouragement. If you feel lead, I know they will also appreciate any monetary contributions to help with such sudden unforeseen expenses.
