Maribeth Schnase has given so much to so many Nebraskans. For 17 years, she appeared in the weekly kids' show "Miss Jean's Storytime," which brought the bible to young people through stories, songs, puppets, and art.

Now Maribeth needs us to help.

On October 11, Maribeth was admitted to Methodist Hospital in Omaha, NE after experiencing immobility on her left side, headaches, dizziness, and nerve pain. An MRI revealed a brain tumor.

She had surgery on October 17 to remove the tumor and is currently awaiting pathology results.

Maribeth is in great spirits and ready for whatever is to come. However, we know that there is a long road ahead, which will include physical and occupational therapy, chemo, and radiation.
