February 7th early morning our precious LilyBug got her healing and gained her beautiful wings after a 2 year battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). We are all very heartbroken and for all those who knew Lily even at the young age of 11 knew how very special she was. As you know families that have a child battling any kind of cancer it takes a toll on them mentally, and financially, for no one is ever truly prepared for something like this.
