A miracle.

On May 6th, our mom, Jona Standish, had two aneurysms burst inside of her head, causing a stroke to occur as well. She was life-flighted to TriStar Centennial Hospital.

On May 31st, our mom was discharged and is now currently at home—alive, relieved, and well. Her only deficit is that she doesn't have mobility of her left leg, but her doctors are hopeful that she'll recover mobility with therapy and time.

It is truly the grace of God that our mom not only survived but is doing so well. We thank each and every one of you who has offered up a prayer for her.

This GoFundMe is to raise funds for our mom's medication, medical equipment, and traveling expenses. While we are applying for our mom to get disability and insurance, it will likely take several months before she's approved, and we will be paying for all of these expenses out of pocket.

If you could find it in your heart to give, we would greatly appreciate it, and we also extend thanks to everyone who has sent gifts of love thus far.
