Two weeks ago, my 21-month-old granddaughter Hadley Walker was diagnosed with Infantile Myofibromatosis. This is a very rare genetic disorder where Hadley's body is creating tumors within itself. A recent PET CT, unfortunately, showed widespread tumors in her organs and tissues. Her treatment plan involves a port placement and chemotherapy lasting likely a year. She is scheduled to start chemotherapy on January 4th 2023. Hadley and her parents have the fight of their lives in front of them. They are too proud to ask for help, so I am doing it for them. They currently live in Georgia where Bryan is stationed at Robins Airforce Base. They have no family near by so Shelby will most likely have to quit her job to care for Hadley. Weekly trips for chemo, possible future surgeries and medical expenses are overwhelming to think about. Please consider making a donation, no matter how small to help this family in their fight.
