Love for Baby Beau and the Neser Family

Nicholas & Lindsey Neser’s baby boy Beau was unexpectedly born at 25 weeks weighing 1lb 12oz on March 19th, 2025.

After birth, nurses and doctors were able to get Beau stabilized. He showed he was quite the fighter and surpassed numerous hurdles by breathing mostly on his own with little oxygen, good red & white blood cell counts, and a clean brain scan. He was truly a miracle!

Although the road ahead was going to be a long one, he was so worth it, and we had so many family and friends praying and fasting for this sweet boy.

Lindsey received the best birthday gift on March 27th when she was able to have some sweet skin-to-skin time with little Beau. The following day, on March 28th, doctors found something in his small intestine that didn’t look good and required surgery. Using a microscope, they found some perforations and removed 1/4 of his intestine. This surgery proved to be too much for our little fighter, and Beau declined pretty steadily.

After many cradles, kisses, and countless tears from mom & dad, Beau returned home to his Heavenly Father at 2:33 am on March 29th. We will always miss our Beau and can’t wait to see him again.
