My dad, Wayne Wathen  was recently diagnosed with stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. The cancer has already spread to his liver and additional tests are being done to determine the type of treatment he will move forward with. As you can imagine this news has been devastating, my mom, brothers and I cant imagine our world without him so we are trying to stay positive, he has 4 beautiful grandchildren who adore their Pop Pop, one of which was just born a month ago. My dad is  in for a really rough road but is prepared to fight and do what ever it takes to beat the odds. 

As most know my parents have been running a small daycare, my dad is now no longer able to work and unfortunately does not have health insurance, my mom is working to get him coverage but it wont kick in until after the new year. The medical costs have already began to sky rocket and will continue to do so as my dad battles this aggressive cancer.  

Those of you that know me know that I would never ask for help unless it is absolutely necessary and unfortunately this is one of those times. I want him focused on  treatment and not the financial burden. Please consider contributing to my dad, every little bit helps and is greatly appreciated.
