Support for Todd's Health Recovery

Hi...I'm coming to you to ask for help for this beautiful family. I have created this go fund me in the hopes that we can all join together to help soften the financial blows of this very difficult moment and create a gentler transition into healing for Todd and his family over this very long and hard recovery to come.

Todd has recently has been suffering from dizziness, shortness of breath, terrible fatigue, and tightness in his chest that seemed to have come out of the blue.
He knew something was wrong and just didn’t feel good or right at all. So, he went to the doctor, and the doctor immediately told him "I feel we need to see if we can find out the reason for these symptoms, I will try and fix what I can, if I can".

On Oct 17, 2023, Todd went into the hospital for surgery to have them look at his heart. That afternoon after surgery, the doctor came out and said, "It's not good”! "And I can't understand how this man is even still alive”. He told Todd and his wife he was going to have to stay in the hospital for an unforeseen amount of time and that the medical team was bringing in a new doctor right away to assist with open heart surgery to repair Todd’s “widowmaker” and other issues that were found.

What is a “widowmaker”? They say, when the widowmaker goes bad, you are dead before you even hit the ground! So, the doctors don't understand how Todd is even still with us. But so thankful that he is!

Todd’s medical team called in the best heart surgeon and on Oct 19, 2023, at 7:30 a.m. Todd went in for open heart surgery while everyone just prayed he would make it off the table. But also with Todd this is even a more worrisome and difficult situation and surgery. Todd is also in kidney failure. So, the longer he is under during surgery and on the machines that stop your heart, the more it could damage his kidneys. He may need to go on dialysis and maybe even need kidney transplants. But at this time, they are not sure. Only time will tell. Miraculously they ended up repairing the “widowmaker” while also doing a triple bypass.

So, as you can see, I hope each of you can understand how much love, prayer's and help this wonderful family is going to need due to this unexpected emergency situation and unknown upcoming surgeries. This was not expected at all. Todd is the sole provider for their family and will be unable to work for a long time due to his long recovery.
Ronda has many medical issues of her own and also trying to be the care taker, so it makes it difficult for her to work. Todd and his family have a very long journey ahead of them.

With the overwhelming medical bills and financial assistance, I come to ask each of you wonderful friends, family, neighbors, and even loving caring strangers, if you can find it in your heart to help Todd in any way you can. This is certainly going to be a significant hardship that they will need help with. There will be many trips to doctor visits, home health care, medication, and whatever more treatment the doctors feel he may need. As well as any necessities once he gets to come home from the hospital.

I hope you will consider contributing to this incredible man and his mounting medical expenses and anything more he will need to make sure his family is taken care of and okay.

Todd is one of the kindest, most loving, and Godley men and would give his last dollar or even his shirt off his back to anyone. Todd and Ronda do so much for others.
So I know if they could, they would say to each and every one of you, "THANK YOU”!
Thank you for your acts of kindness and generosity it will hold immeasurable significance, and we wholeheartedly appreciate your forthcoming support.

So let's pull together and show this great, precious man and his family some love!

May God bless all of you abundantly whose hearts are open to help this family in need.

We are asking for help and for you to just remember:

Spiritually - Pray for healing for Todd & comfort for him and his family.

Emotionally - Remain there for them when they need someone to talk to cry with and so much more.

Physically - Hug your loved ones and tell them every day how much you love them.

Financially - Donate what you can, and if you can't, please share this with others.

God bless you, and we love you all!
