It is with deep sadness that I share the passing of my brother-in-law, Marcelino Palma. His sudden departure has left our hearts heavy especially for my sister, Thao, who shared over 30 years of love and partnership with him. While we take comfort in knowing he is now in God’s presence, the weight of his absence is deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

In the days since his passing, we’ve been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love, support, and prayers from friends, family, and everyone touched by Marcelino’s life. True to her nature, my sister has graciously declined offers of financial help, never wanting to burden others. Yet many continue to ask how they can show their love and help ease her path during this incredibly difficult time.

This GoFundMe was created in response to that generosity. All contributions will go directly to Thao to help cover sudden expenses, as we prepare to honor the life of Marcelino.
