Love and Support for Larry Payne

On Tuesday August 16, 2022 Larry Payne went to Advent Daytona for Open Heart surgery. It was supposed to be a routine procedure to replace his Mitral valve, we were all expecting him to be up walking the next day; that's what we were told anyway. There were several complications, and the surgery did not go as planned. He was airlifted to Advent Orlando on Friday August 19, 2022. Once he arrived in Orlando, they immediately put him on life support. The doctor plans to keep him on life support to give dad's body some much-needed rest. They hope to slowly wean him off all the machines he is on, but it will be a long slow process. I started this GoFundMe to help my mom with the expensive medical bills that have already started coming in and hope she will get to be closer to dad more often without that being a financial burden for her.
