My name is Harvey Lee Kee Jr. My brother, Julian Kee, and I are raising funds on behalf of my mother, Joan Kee, after the unexpected passing of my father last week.

Our family is heartbroken. My father touched so many lives with his funny jokes, love, and willingness to help anyone, and his loss has left an enormous void—especially for my mom, who shared so much of her life with him.

In addition to the emotional pain of losing her husband, my mom is now facing significant financial uncertainty. My father was the sole provider for our family, and unfortunately, my mom was left with no savings and a small life insurance policy. These funds will help my mom cover immediate expenses and begin building a more stable path forward during this incredibly difficult time.

We’ve already experienced so much love and support from family, friends, and our community through meals, groceries, prayers, and check-ins. We are deeply grateful for every act of kindness.
