Love and Support for Jenny Corley

Hello. I am Carrie Hawkes. My best friend is Jenny Corley.....and it is with a heavy, yet hopeful heart, that I am humbly requesting your financial support to assist her as she battles cancer. Months ago she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Angioimmunoblastic T Cell Lymphoma, a rare aggressive form of lymphoma that affects the blood cells called, T cells. I won't get into the tedium of the diagnoses and treatment as it is daunting. Suffice it to say it is rigorous, demanding and unimaginably scary. It is CANCER in one of its most challenging forms. My beautiful friend, Jenny is young for this type of cancer. Nonetheless, here she is and here we are.

So a little about Jenny! Jenny is beautiful, she is fun, and she is smart. Jenny is funny and she is generous. She is a mother of two beautiful adult daughters. Her beauty on the outside is only surpassed by her beauty on the inside. She has her own business as a practicing esthetician (Jenzskin) which she worked very hard to build and grow into something successful. Unfortunately, her current condition does not allow her to sustain this business and treat her clients. Her income stream is essentially gone until this cancer is kicked and a part of the past. Her life partner, and my other best friend, Curtis, lovingly devotes emotional and financial support. His devotion is beyond reproach. But as you can well imagine, the road ahead long and is challenging, physically, spiritually and financially. And much bigger than just us. This journey promises to be long and costly.
