Our family recently received devastating news — my brother-in-law, Jeff MacKenzie, has been diagnosed with cancer.

What started as a difficult diagnosis has quickly turned into a nightmare. He is in pain, facing complications, and still waiting on a treatment plan.

This has turned their world upside down as they begin the long and difficult journey of treatments, hospital visits, and recovery.

Jeff has always been an incredibly hard worker, doing everything he can to provide for his family. He’s the kind of person who never complains and always puts others first.

Now, he’s facing a battle that no amount of hard work can prepare anyone for.

My sister, Lyndsey, hasn't left his bedside — supporting him every step of the way. Unfortunately, this means she has to miss work, and the financial strain is becoming very real.

We’re hoping to raise funds to help ease some of that burden — covering lost income, travel to and from treatments, medical costs not covered by insurance, and everyday living expenses.

Any contribution, big or small, will make a huge difference and allow Jeff and Lyndsey to focus on what really matters: his healing and recovery.
